Background

ebend is a consulting engineering firm specializing in building control systems.  We provide design and operational studies for any sized project.  The company was incorporated in 2012 by Sherry Stewart, P.Eng. who has more than 25 years of engineering experience, with over 20 years specializing in automation of building mechanical systems.

The company has successfully provided engineering design for projects on budget with few changes due to particular attention to detail and quality documents.  An energy efficient and technically innovative approach is applied to concept, design and operation; optimizing building performance, diminishing operation costs, minimizing maintenance costs and improving user comfort levels.

Past Experience

Sherry Stewart graduated from the University of Alberta.  Her technical expertise includes an in-depth understanding of how mechanical systems and building components should function based on the latest design practices.  Prior to starting ebend engineering, she worked with Morrison Hershfield, Suncord Engineering,  Colt Engineering and VisionSmart and was involved in many projects including:
